Return & Refund Policy
At Easy Wear Jewelry, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email us at kayla@easywearjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
